Shipping Policy

■ Delivery time
Normally we ship within 3 business days after payment is completed.
However, if the order falls on a holiday such as New Year's Day or Golden Week, it will be shipped on the next business day or later.

Starting from 210 yen (price varies depending on the product and size purchased)
Estimated shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
*Free shipping for purchases of 2,000 yen or more (tax included)

■Delivery date and time specification
We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates.
Please be aware of this.

■ If the recipient is not at home
If the recipient is not at home, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery notice and contact the recipient to handle the delivery.
Basically, if the recipient is not present within 7 days after the delivery notice has been posted, the product will be returned to the sender.
If an item cannot be delivered and is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for redelivery, so please try to receive it as soon as possible.
